Lessons
Lessons are available in music theory, composition, and percussion. Lessons in theory can be geared towards learning basic concepts taught in college music theory courses (with the aim of passing out of basic levels) or any other concepts the student wishes to learn. Composition lessons develop the student's own unique "voice" in the music they write, and include teaching concepts such as instrumentation, form, and melodic/harmonic shaping. Lessons in percussion focus on "total" percussion instruction on a variety of instruments.
Depending on the location of the the student and myself, lessons will most likely taught via Skype or a similar chat client. The length, frequency, and cost of lessons will be decided on a student-by-student basis. All students will be expected to follow studio policies regarding attendance, payments, etc. which will be presented and signed in the form of a contract.
